A long-term partner came back to the studio with a new residential development of apartments and townhouses on the edge of Hagley Park, New Zealand. The brief was a complete set of marketing materials for launch.

The Execution
More than 40 renders, one animation and an interactive NAVI presentation, produced over two months. Stills, motion and an interactive layer were built as one package, so every format presents the project the same way.

What It Did
The full set moved from review to use without a second round, so marketing assets were ready for launch. Growcott Freer embedded NAVI directly on the project website. Buyers filter units by floor and size, see what is sold and what is still available, open each apartment in a 360 tour and render gallery, and send a request from the same screen.
